    I brought in my $1,500 watch to ship out for a repair. The manager printed out the label and put it on the wrong package. Someone else’s label was put on my package. I submitted a claim and the manager was zero help. If they would have just admitted that they messed up, the watch company would have used insurance and paid the difference but the UPS Store on West Saginaw didn’t want to admit any wrong doing. The manager was very rude and tried to blame me. How is your incompetence my fault? Now I’m out a $1,500 watch and instead I got someone else’s soccer cleats that my label was put on. Someone out there got my watch instead of the cleats. Just thinking about it makes me sick. The watch was a gift from my wife for my 40th birthday. This store manager is horrible. I had an incident at a different UPS Store near Detroit and they were so helpful. They were going to give me a reimbursement within a week and apologized profusely. That package was located and they told me instantly. The Lansing store never gave me updates and when they did communicate it was only to blame and insult me.

    Late post! During the month of July. My husband return a sideboard that I order from Amazon never opened. Amazon, refunded the money back to me but the following week took it back. They took the money back cause the lady had kept the item for herself! ( the box had a pic of how the item looked) We took a loss but never again. The reason why Im writing about this now. We went to FedEx returning a package. While getting our package together the rep was telling me about the stories going on at UPS. Customers, been complaining about missing packages all the same female rep. I think she still works there!

    Over the past five to six years, I have regularly used this UPS Store location to ship packages. Unfortunately, there is one employee whom I have interacted with multiple times, and each experience with her has been negative. She consistently comes across as rude, irritated, impatient, and abrupt, which significantly detracts from the overall customer experience. I actively try to avoid working with her because all of the other employees have always been friendly and very helpful. Today, when I visited the store, I unfortunately had to work with her again. She greeted me with the same poor attitude I have experienced in the past. When she asked for the value of the item and learned that it was a high-value shipment, she acted as though I was inconveniencing her and stated that there was an entirely different process required due to the item’s value. I fully understood and accepted the need for additional steps; however, her attitude throughout the process was unprofessional and unacceptable, in my opinion. She explained that she needed to open the package, take photos, repackage it, and double-box it, which I had no issue with. After opening the box, she became visibly upset because the item contained packaging peanuts. I explained that the item was packaged the same way we received it and that it had originally been packaged by another UPS Store location. Despite this, she continued to complain while removing the packaging peanuts. In a rude tone, she asked if I would help throw them away. She then informed me that I would need to purchase two additional boxes and pay for them to package the item. I felt that I was overcharged and that her behavior throughout the transaction was both unprofessional and inappropriate. I left the store feeling unhappy and unsatisfied. While the other employees at this location have consistently been kind and helpful, I will avoid this UPS Store in the future due to my repeated negative experiences with this employee. Her employee number is 290098.
