Amazon doesn't specify the size of box needed, it just says "Securely pack your items in a box. Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to the package" My item meets that basic criteria. So no, I dont want to buy a box to put my already packaged item in.

This was my first time returning Amazon packages this way so it was a learning curve and I let her know that I was unsure how to go about this. She asked for the 3 tags to scan which I provided. Apparently I made a mistake and had her scan the same one twice. Honest mistake. But instead of walking me through it all I got was, "well then your other ones are wrong." And then had me look at the label number on her bag for her? Didn't even tell me where to look? I get that you guys were busy this morning and with holiday season it's even more stressful, but the way your staff treated me today will keep me from this location as long as I live. I wish I got the other lady; she was extremely friendly to the other customers. I got stuck with a Grinch.
