I came into the office 10/31/2025 right as the doors were being opened. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice but no help, he proceeded to tell me there was nothing he could do and referred me to his boss and let me know he would be reaching out to help me update the delivery address. I was not contacted. I ended up calling the branch again where the guy on the phone wrote down my card number and took my phone number for his boss to reach out again. NO CALL. I came back into the office for the next 2 days asking to get help and the manager at this location called the UPS in Florida where my package was being delivered to make changes and said he is very confident this will be done, and I do not need to wait in the store while he is on hold. My package was out for delivery today at 9:30 Am and It shows directly on UPS website that Interception needs to occur before the first delivery attempt, As Per their own customer care line, there was not a single indication that my package had even been attempted to be intercepted. Extremely disappointed. 4 Total Store Visits. and over 10 1-800 Number calls to try and get this corrected and the customer service over the phone along with in person is horrendous.
