    I was called to share my experience that I have encountered within the 7 years that I have given Robert Half. Robert Half at first was a pretty good company to work with, they had agents that loved actually helping people find opportunities and also loved building a connection with the people themselves. I had a few short time jobs that were listed as long term and or we could get hired into after our contract was up and also the pay was given before going for interview but would change to a smaller amount after we accepted the job. Slowly the agent's started becoming short tempered and eventually would not keep you updated of openings that they could definitely get you in or even keep you updated regarding the rating you left behind. It started becoming "secretive" and the answered phone calls would gradually go to voicemails for days where no one would call back, that's when I figured that I should be strict on what position I accepted because Robert Half was picking contractors that were not supportive of us workers and had no interest in keeping us full time. It was not always a good experience however we are all human and as a person who was in customer service and was also self employed I understand that there are times where things do fall through. STILL, as humans we should have not gotten our hopes up and have also been in the loop of what was going on being that WE were the one's looking for jobs. I am not sure on how Robert Half is now being that I finally found a job I love and got hired in but I do know that Ron who was my recruiter for the job I'm working at pushed for me and even though I kept getting his voicemail, he seemed to still try his best at keeping me in the loop. Moral of the story, anywhere you go, you're going to have to put up with something because that's just life and If I were to choose a staffing company all over again it most likely would be Robert Half because they DO get you into something no matter what.

    Nice enough people but they suffer from the same problem as other RobertHalf locations. Completely unreasonable requests of workers. Take the persons resume, match it with a suitable job, arrange the interview and be done with it. It's not complicated. This company Loves to add lots of unnecessary RobertHalf requirements in between you and your hope of landing that sweet just above minimum wage job some of which are ...Unbendable requirement of a minimum of 3 written personal recommendations from former bosses, (-1 Star) wanting to talk with a former boss about why I left a job where employee was a friend of a deceased relative (No, you can not bring my deceased relative and their friend who works there into your requirement for offering me a $10 an hour job). They were informed of the inappropriateness of their request and their response was "Do you still want us to represent you?.(-1 Star) Assessments, No I am not going to do 3 hours and 10 minutes of "Assessments" (Do you know how to use a computer type of assessments, complete waste of time in the modern day) just to be "put in your system". (-1 Star) Making me come in-person multiple times to meet with them. To what end? What are we discussing? Is your Skype/Email/Txt/Phone broken? You either have a job for me or you don't, there's no middle ground (-1 Star) Don't waste peoples time, and more importantly; person reading this, don't waste your time using this companies services. I have over 6 years experience dealing with this company.
