Absolutely awful experience. The guys show up with my order but 1 of the boxes to the 3-box dresser is MIA. Rather than note that, they mark the delivery complete, causing me all kinds of problems. I called AIT multiple times on multiple days, talked to a different person each time, each gave me promises to call me back with more information, but nobody ever called back. Apparently there is no way to reach the local warehouse so when you call you get someone anywhere in the US and nobody can actually talk to anyone in Lansing. My box is still MIA, and no one is giving me any information. It took me 5 minutes on the phone with IKEA to resolve an issue that 5 different people couldn't fix in 4 days. Absolutely incompetent company. IKEA needs to find a new delivery service.

I am waiting for my ikea pickup in front of their business for an hour at the time they told me to be here. Yet no one is here. I drove for 2 hours to pickup my order to fine no one there. Absolutely horrible. Avoid if you can
