This Post Office had stellar service up until about a year and a half ago when service personnel changed. Hoping to see changes soon in personnel. Driving 6 to eight miles out of my way to avoid using this branch!

She kept taking personal calls, disappeared in the back, etc. She didn't acknowledge there were people in line. Avoid going there, worst customers service ever.

- KKKathyApr 25, 20161.0Terrible customer service. Don't go in asking questions about different mailing options-they really don't want to deal with this. One particular lady acts like she is doing you a favor by waiting on you. Go to Pinckney or Hamburg even if it is out of your way.
