Just recently I sent out a payment to pay the electric bill and twice I got it sent back because the post office got my mail wet ruining the check inside. This is unacceptable and unprofessional and if the check is damaged a third time I WILL file a complaint and start demanding someone's job. I can understand it happening once but twice in the same manner is unacceptable.
