Either they "can't find the address (GPS takes you straight to my addrezz) or they decide not to leave the package there because you're not home at the time of delivery (date not an actual time). Makes it as difficult as possible to schedule redelivery and MAKES you have to go to the office in person! For a pregnant woman about to have a baby that's not an easy thing to do!!!!!
