Lost mail, receiving my neighbors mail, and having false claims filed on why they conveniently couldn't deliver a package such as "We couldn't deliver your package because your mailbox was blocked." Don't even attempt to go inside to get any help. All they'll do is blame yourself for why THEY couldn't get their job done. Even when you have proof they still deny it. Place is an absolute joke.
