The woman ( unfortunately I forgot to get her name) moved thru the list very fast and efficiently. We came to one that was for a different location, but she fixed it. It took awhile but she patiently fixed it. There was a long line, but they kept it moving very fast and efficiently. They all were very polite and friendly. Definitely like this UPS in Lake Orion Michigan
