I am tired of who ever delivers our mail and doesn't know how to close the mailbox door. Ours has been left open 7 times now by 1 person. Sometimes it's hanging out of the box in the rain. It's a brand new box. The door closes easily, and just because it's huge doesn't mean Mail needs to be thrown all the way to the back or boxes crammed in it that are hard to get out.GET A CLUE !!! Do I need to call you to come and teach in and get the crammed box out?

I agree 100% this is one of the worst post offices in the state. I got 1 package that was so ripped and torn up I still do not know what it even was in it. They are so not helpful in any situation. I some very important mail that was not torn to shreds but it was opened so not so sure this happened being sorted at a bigger office knowing how some items can get ripped in the sorting process I have it happen with a lot of magazines(yes some of us people still like to hold paper in their hands instead of an electronic device.). I have lived in the same apartment now for about 10 years so needless to say I was receiving a lot of mail for prior tenants. I did what I have been told to do for 40 years. Write on the front " NO LONGER AT THIS ADDRESS" or " RETURN TO SENDER, DOES NOT LIVE HERE ANY LONGER." After a couple years of this I end up getting a sticky note stuck to the front of my mail box left by the newest mail lady. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate in stating fr me to STOP writing on these envelopes and if I wanted I could contact the people sending the mail and inform them that these several different people no longer lived at this address. She was so rude that I took the sticky note tomthe post master and show them. They told me I was doing the proper thing in how I was returning mail that was not mine instead of throwing it away or opening it both which are illegal. The post master was very kind and took care of the mail carriers issue and untrained knowledge and so now I get my mail pretty regularly instead of sometime between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Hopefully they sent her back to take the civil service test or atleast checked her test before giving her a job of such importanc. Hopefully putting her through entire schooling on mail carrying too. So props to the Post Master for fixing that problem so promptly. Still a few torn magazines but knowing that does not fall as the fault of this post office. And props to the new mail carrier who gets me my mail, close to the same time daily. I thank-you for that. So a good/bad rating here but hopefully they continue to get better since they lost so much just trying to keep the doors open.

The post person crams my box packages in to my mailbox!! They don't know if it's fragile!!! They need to treat people's packages better!!!
You should not be cramming people's boxes into a mailbox!!! Common sense if it's having a hard time getting it in it then stop don't keep cramming till it's in the damaging the box and item, take the item to the house!!
