- AMAmy MazurekJun 16, 20212.0I’m giving this two stars because the guys that work the main office are fantastic and always really helpful and friendly. My problem lies with the mail delivery. There have been multiple times I have gotten notifications in my email of mail to be delivered that day only for the mail to never show up….of course it’s usually bills of I have to track down the company to pay over the phone. The other day my packages were left about 100 feet from my door. Looks like the driver was too lazy to get out of the car so he just kind of drove in my driveway, opened the car door, and dropped the packages. The latest is a package that says my twin bopping type pillow was delivered and put in my mailbox. It was not delivered at least to my mail box nor would it even fit. Had to contact Amazon and it won’t be here now until August 15….my twins are due in 14 days. I have lived in a rural area and have never had the issues I have with this delivery driver.
