- IIIkeFeb 19, 20261.0We have had over 10 packages in Cadillac post office for over 4 weeks now. We have been told we can pick them up, then we can't, then we can. Very sad news that the manager of Cadillac post office passed away. Was told that the manager of lake City would come down to Cadillac to sign for the release of our packages. My wife was put on hold at the lake City post office and she waited until they closed. No one picked up. Not a good system.

I have actually had my insurance canceled because of poor mailing services after 28 years of being with the same insurance company. Just saying totally disappointed in the service

These guys put a paper in box that I needed to come get my mail. Whole reason I ordered because I didn't want to go get it elsewhere. Sorry if your loads are alot, thats the business you chose, not our fault.....
