- R1rifleman 1000Dec 15, 20161.0Trying to put a hold on a package and pick it up at this post office is next to impossible. I've put holds on packages because I'm not going to be home and they deliver anyway. When I go to the post office, I can't understand the lady behind the counter because she's deaf and doesn't speak clearly and distinctly. I also don't think she lip reads very good because I have to repeat what I say quite often. In all fairness I have lost most of my hearing over the years so that might be some of the reason for not understanding her. When I call over there I most often get a man that will not do anything to help me, such a looking up a package for me that tracking shows to be at the post office. About two years ago before usps moved its employee's around, there were much better employee's there. They would work with me when I had a problem. Now I go with Fedex or UPS whenever I can.
