  I go here weekly to drop off packages; the other week I arrived 5 minutes before close (label was ready, just needed to drop off the boxes). The lady was sweeping and and wouldn't help with the door that I clearly needed help with and the manager was irritated. I just came off a 12 hour shift where I have to move more than 3 meters back and forth in the same office, I don't need your attitude and bad customer service. If you don't want people coming in to your closing time, close earlier.

  HORRIBLE STORE. KATELYN,MANAGER, ALONG WITH MOST OF EMPLOYEES, ARE JUST RUDE. SORT OF OFF PUTTING. I WILL DRIVE WAY OUT OF MY WAY, FROM NOW ON, TO AVOID THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

  Stopped in today for an Amazon return. When I walked in there was a line of 4 before me and 5-6 people quickly behind. Caitlin was on duty. When I walked in a customer needed help with getting a return code so wife had to send it. Caitlin had to type on guy’s phone UPS email for wife to send it. Next was a woman with another Amazon return and she did not speak English. Caitlin explained she needed to have return QR code. Woman thought label was enough. She didn’t understand. All the while the line was growing. I showed the lady my QR code and she understood. Throughout Caitlin maintained her composure and helpful demeanor. She deserves a nice lunch or something. She’s great!

  As someone who believes in customer service and has worked it for years, I was really bummed by the rudeness I got from simply (and kindly 🥺) asking the front desk to check 2 shipping options for me.
