First estimated delivery time was between week 11-1, then 3 then by end of day. Then was back at facility. I called customer service to see what was going on. The lady I spoke too told me “the driver is right around the corner and your package will be delivered any minute” then begged me for a good review. Package obviously never showed. Checked the FedEx app this morning and it says it will be delivered by 3 today (Dec 4) checked the Amazon app since I ordered it through them and I trust their arrival time since I trust them more and they’ve never been wrong, whereas FedEx is rarely if ever right. Amazon says I’ll get it by the 9th now. If I would have known the third party seller was going to use FedEx I would have ordered it from somewhere else. Never had anything but horrible service from FedEx.
