They watched me pick up a box and tape, pack everything, and then stand in line for 20 minutes only to finally tell me that they couldn’t accept my package because this location doesn’t have a printer for shipping labels. Seriously? That’s information I should have been told right away. Instead, I wasted half an hour and still had to pay for the box and tape I only bought because I thought I’d be able to ship from there. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.
