  Stopped by this location to pick up a package that had been delayed for delivery. The package was a very expensive custom engagement ring, and I needed it before Christmas. FedEx was kind enough to hold the package for me to pick it up. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, and they got me on my way quite quickly. FedEx as a shipper often leaves me disappointed in their package handling and shipping delays. But this FedEx Ship Center provided a very nice experience, for which I am extremely grateful.

  Super easy to get to and continently located. The staff is always super nice and a joyful, which is a breath of fresh air.

  Terrible place and experience. I paid $50 for next day shipping and 2 days later it was still on the truck out for delivery and they made no attempt. I called and got zero help and they said I would have to wait. What a joke of a business. 0 stars

  They prewrite a note saying "attempted delivery no one was home or didn't answer" without even knocking and drive away don't even walk up with the package and then they ripped off the part with with signature so I couldn't have it left the next delivery attempt.

  This place is a joke ordered a package on Dec 2 said it would be delivered the 6th tracking shows it was in grand rapids less then a hour from me its now the 18th of Dec and still no package but I get a notification it will be delivered everyday but no package.
