- TNTami NicewanderSep 29, 20251.0They suck. Postmaster doesn't take any responsibility for the people that deliver mail. His carriers don't put things in correct boxes and claim they do. Just because they scan the package doesn't mean it's in the correct box or was even put there. It just means it was scanned Wheres the proof it was put in my box? CHECK YOUR PEOPLE. After this happening several times I now understand kent city postal service reviews. They suck.
- AAAsh Ash1990May 17, 20241.0I have been dealing with for a week a post worker who continues to place the same piece of mail in my mail box because I am putting back in the outgoing mail a piece of mail that has a different name but my address no one lives their by that name, he or she wrote on the mail that I could throw away someone else’s mail which is legal you suppose to return the mail which I am tryin to do they even crossed off the name very unprofessional I have a photo my next step is a BBB complain bc this is just unprofessional it’s not mine. I won’t throw someone else mail away bc if it was mine I would want it 5380 Kellogg woods drive Dr se I won’t give apt # bc of privacy but match that name to address you can find it in your system
