    Even though I live clear across Bay City on the South/East side, for years I’ve gone out of my way to visit the Kawkawlin Post Office for the friendly and helpful staff/service. And I’ll probably continue to do so until I’m at least 50 miles away. Thanks, everyone!

    Writing review on 1-22-2020. Worst experience at a post office ever. The supervisor says she is the owner of this kawkawlin post office. I thought we the people owned it. She refused to forward my mail to a post office box that I just purchased from her at this office. Then my mail started getting "lost". Checks and medical papers I never received even when the companies resent multiple times. She is my only problem here. Everyone else is great! Please tell her to go to a certain place from me when you see her!

    I normally do not have an issue with anyone at this PO except when I have to deal with "Scott". He always has a snotty attitude and does not like to hear any kind of complaints. Next time I have to call about anything, I will not talk to him. What happened to being kind to your customers instead of making them feel like they are an annoyance to you? He has done this every time I've spoken to him. However, everyone else I have ever dealt with there has been very friendly and helpful. HE needs to get out of the business of dealing with people or stay in the back room and leave the phones to someone else!
