- SSSam SilvermanMar 19, 20261.0Tried to communicate with the office manager to confirm my mail is being forwarded after being told by a customer service person who works for the Kalamazoo postmaster that he could not see my forward request in their system. I was told to take the paperwork I received from the USPS to the Drake rd location and ask for the manager to take care of it. I did that and asked to be contacted by the manager. I have received zero response. I have sent a complaint to the regional public affairs department.

- LLLinda LoyMar 9, 20261.0I hate to add to the already horrible reviews, but today I went in to check a price before I shipped and the postoffice employee( a white woman) was rude. Not only was she rudely, but she told me a price and when I can back 5 minutes later she changed the price and said the envelope was too big and cost more. The last time I was there I ended up shipping my box through UPS. It was half the price. It seems she was rude intentionally. It also seems like noone cares to fix the problems at this post office.
