We waited for 15 minutes before the one person working told us our appointment was being canceled because some staff decided not to show up for work. No apology, no solutions offered, and no ownership of responsibility. Just excuses.
- DGDonnie GMar 30, 20261.0Tbh there’s a great customer service representative here he is a male not sure who he was be he was VERY!! Friendly a shorter bold guy …unfortunately he wasn’t the one to help me .. I was in line waiting to be seen I was next in line but there was a woman who was actually behind me she was there first but she wasn’t in line at all she was actually taking care of her personal packaging .which leads me to being in line before her… as I waited in line the person before me had finished I was up next unfortunately the woman that was now in line after me was called before me the woman at the counter looked straight past me to the woman behind me now I don’t like to put race into it but this was clearly a disrespectful and very unprofessional way to handle customers it was definitely purposely done I kindly walked out with no words because what’s understood doesn’t have to be explained we are all adults and that’s why I’m rating them a 1 the woman was very unprofessional and unhelpful I highly recommend a moral training maybe a recertification for her placement as she shouldn’t handle customers if this is the way she’s doing it .

This mail service need to be put out of business playing with people money they work hard for. *Update I received one item

- LHLaura HealeyDec 18, 20251.0Twice in the last month and a half I have ordered packages and they aren't here. Said the last one was delivered Saturday at 4:30 pm by my front door. I have cameras. My husband was out shoveling the driveway for over an our during this time period and he was on camera but no mail person. I've been to the Miller Road location twice. First time left my name and number along with tracking number. Second time the very nice teller at the desk went to ask the manager about it and everyone in the lobby could hear her raised voice to her employee in a very unprofessional manor that she "didn't have time to deal with it and everyone else was gone for the day" complaining about the stack of stuff she had to do. I'm going to find out the managers name that day and will surely be talking to her supervisor about how she spoke to her employee as well as her unsympatheticness to my situation as I still have no idea where my package is and it's been days. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
