  Neha and Preet were absolutely exceptional! We had a tricky situation and a million questions and they made the whole experience feel effortless. It was busy but they were kind and patient and never made us feel rushed. Our transaction ended up costing even less than we expected thanks to their help!

  Preet was extremely helpful with my Amazon returns today! I had the wrong labels and didn’t know how to correct them. She walked me through how to cancel my returns and reissue the correct labels. Thank you Preet!!! Great customer service with a smile!

  Preset goes above and beyond whatever my need is. When I brought in a return, she helped me tape up my box with no extra charge. She is always courteous and there is rarely a line. I prefer UPS to USPS because they are usually faster and cheaper.
