MANAGEMENT hasn’t been out to assist, nor had any other staff member to come out to assist. I will find out who to contact at an upper level to find out what is actually the problem here. Everyone is complaining, n I decided to go on line to complain. I will definitely take it further. I know some employees that work on 9th Street in Kalamazoo, and some who work in Grand Rapids. I’ll get to the bottom of it. Looks like MANAGEMENT needs to hire some new employees. This is horrible. Respectfully!
