- JEJordan E.Feb 20, 20261.0Have had a package stolen just 2 days ago and illegally with held at this post office. Been told by supervisor at westwood and 9th they don't hold mail. Amazon abs usps states it is being held there. Been dealing with these problems since 2017 at this post office. Now have to file a police report for obstruction of mail. This is shameful that this has been going on knowing so many have made complaints over the years yet nothing is truly getting done. I also have not received mail in over a month from a government program that had vital records, drivers license and statefarm correspondence. I hope this facility gets exposed to the fullest! Thanks usps!

Overall I ended up waiting 40 minutes for a 2 minute money order. There were 3 people that I saw in the office and one lady who was not helping anyone was offering to help anyone else but would not help me ( because I needed a money order). I am beyond upset at the blatant disrespect. I am pissed at how I was treated. If I could give negative stars I would. Normally I don't post about things but this was ridiculous. I figured it would be a 20ish minute thing overall and I ended up being late getting my kid from school. First and last time going to this place.
