    No local number and way harder than it has to be to get someone local. That 800 number is a roundabout. I hate time wasting smoke screens. Just give me a direct number to reach the office I need to do business with. How dare them not deliver because of postage due. Knock on my door and ask me for it!!!? Gee how hard is that? If you have time to leave a note about postage due, you have time to wait for someone to come to the door!!!!

    Had a very negative experience with Nate this morning. He told me that my prepaid Depop label would not work with the shipping package I had the item in. I said that is untrue, I’ve never had an issue with this before and I’ve had a multitude of Depop sales shipped through USPS. He proceeded to tell me I was telling him how to do his job and was cocky and rude but of course, like every other time I’ve shipped with USPS, he slapped the label on my packages and put them in the box. Was it that hard? Seems like he was trying to get me to purchase a different shipping package. Next time I’ll just use the machine, but of course that was out of paper. Could’ve saved me having to deal with this PMO.

    Terrible service. One employee working. After a 35 minute wait in line, she gave me the wrong form to fill out. When I returned it to her and questioned it, she was rude, and slapped the 2nd form down for me. If she had listened the FIRST time, it wouldn't have happened. Tired of bad customer service.
