- LHLaura HealeyDec 18, 20251.0Twice in the last month and a half I have ordered packages and they aren't here. Said the last one was delivered Saturday at 4:30 pm by my front door. I have cameras. My husband was out shoveling the driveway for over an our during this time period and he was on camera but no mail person. I've been to the Miller Road location twice. First time left my name and number along with tracking number. Second time the very nice teller at the desk went to ask the manager about it and everyone in the lobby could hear her raised voice to her employee in a very unprofessional manor that she "didn't have time to deal with it and everyone else was gone for the day" complaining about the stack of stuff she had to do. I'm going to find out the managers name that day and will surely be talking to her supervisor about how she spoke to her employee as well as her unsympatheticness to my situation as I still have no idea where my package is and it's been days. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

I didnt even see any cars in the parking lot at 1:16 when they supposedly close at 1:15 instead of 1:30 like google said. This is the only usps like that in Kalamazoo.

The employees have no idea what they're doing. even with supervision they were doing poorly and were upsetting people with their frustration when they caused the whole inconvenience. I hope this turns into a FedEx or at least a competent company.
