The employee told me they could only put it in a bag, and then asked if I had anything in my car, like a bag, that could work instead. I needed an actual box, so I left and went to the West Main location, where they measured, boxed it, and shipped it with no problem. Not sure why this wasn’t possible at this location.

She retrieved the wallet from the hotel the same day we spoke and contacted me right away to arrange the shipping to us. I wished we lived in the area so we could utilize her UPS store more!
