Just walked out of the UPS store. I was chatting with the kind employee, Preet, and when I asked how she liked working here, she said "I love this job". That should be the goal of any business with their employees. Great job to the ownership at the UPS store in Kalamazoo for making their employees feel that way. You've earned a loyal customer.
