- MOMike O'Donnell4 days ago1.0It's no wonder no one uses USPS anymore. You guys over complicate things like crazy. There's no reason to make someone get back in line for them to write an address on a box when you're going to put it on a label anyway. USPS is a cancer to the American tax payer. Every time I have to come in y'all make the case for privatization even more attractive. The old woman that "helped" me was very rude and immediately started asking questions about QR codes etc. Didn't even ask why I was there or anything. When I asked if I could get a price quote she acted like it was the end of the world slamming her pen on the counter. Then all of a sudden she needed the address I was trying to show her in the first place. Very rude, very short with customers. Quit if you don't like your job. Saturday morning 2/28 at 10 am. The old woman on the end needs training.

- AAAngelinaNov 29, 20251.0I went there 30 minutes before closing, but she rushed me and told me to come back tomorrow because they were closing. She was rude and unprofessional. I think she needs to receive staff training again.
- JVjames vanderveenOct 14, 20251.0Showed up at 4:59 to drop off a package all they had to do was scan my barcode and print the label but they refused saying its too late and against their policies. The amount of time the rude employee spent telling me this she have done the job OUR taxes pay her to do.
