  Want to give a shoutout to Matt Castle and his crew at Swat Team of Michigan, LLC. They did a deep clean of our home and garage. They were wonderful. Everything was cleaned to perfection, especially our overhead fans, bathroom tiles and shower, and the area around around our stove, especially the hood and fan. Our garage door no longer squeaks when it opens and closes after Matt cleaned the tracks. I highly recommend Matt and his crew for any type of home cleaning.

  I came in from out of town and needed to get a relative’s house, which had been neglected for years, in good enough shape for him to return home on hospice. The owner Matt was kind and understanding on the phone and was able to schedule a cleanout with 36 hours notice. They sent a 2-person team who were very kind and professional and able to offer advice frankly but without judgement. The price was a little surprising but that’s only because I’ve not needed these services before, so I really didn’t know how long the job would take — and they really were game for whatever they found when they arrived. They charge by the person-hour with a 4-hour base rate for coming out, and when I told them the number of hours I could afford over that, they helped me make a plan to hit the patient’s top priorities while also giving me the biggest bang for my buck. They also gave advice for the best next steps for a family team to take next — they clearly wanted to help even if they weren’t being paid for the next part. It was a relief to talk to a truly “Midwest nice” team that has “seen it all” and could make good, experienced, and thoughtful recommendations for where the family and the house were at today, no judgment for our not being in a place to get to perfect. I feel so much better with my relative being cared for in the house after what they accomplished, and I made sure my in-town relatives know how to reach out for more help getting the space in order as needed.

  Matt from SWAT was very responsive to my last minute request and accommodated my limited schedule. He was prompt and did a very thorough cleaning! Matt was so pleasant, would definitely book SWAT again!

  Matt and his team came in on very short notice on Superbowl Sunday to get the house ready to safely move a sick relative in the next day. A major clean out and clean up was needed and Matt and his crew at Swat Team of Michigan did a super wonderful job.
