- NCNicole CookJul 25, 20251.0If I could rate 0 I would. Argued with me about a transaction I had to cancel. 100 cash. 100 on a card. They never refunded the card money. Said it was cancelled. I said no. You did not refund the money taken from my credit card. I did not have to swipe it a second time for the funds to be given back. Argued with me had the whole crowd behind me arguing with me. Still would not listen to reason. The worst of the worst. Do not let them scam you and steal your money. Guess what. The money was taken and not refunded. This is not a matter of the bank takes time to return the payment, the refund was not issued. Scammers. Update. Got a phone call even though I asked for email for proof but Todd called me. Said to come in anytime Monday for a cash refund with proof of bank statement that it was stolen from my card. Showed up on Monday at 12:30 got the same run around got the police involved for fraudulent activity and now have to wait even longer for this to be settled. Seriously watch your wallets here.

The girl behind the counter acted completely inconvenienced to have to answer any of my questions, and was really rude and condescending to the customer ahead of me as well. She was very unhelpful and she caused huge issues with my passport application. I will never be back.
