Please note the time and date: Arrived at USPS Facility INTERLOCHEN, MI 49643 September 15, 2023, 8:33 am No Access to Delivery Location INTERLOCHEN, MI 49643 September 15, 2023, 8:39 am Return to Sender Processed INTERLOCHEN, MI 49643 September 15, 2023, 8:58 am 25 minutes after receiving my critical medical equipment, they had already returned it to the sender without bothering to deliver it. Address was correct on the package. After reading reviews, I see this is a troubled post office and many complaints similar to mine.

They destroyed my sons books that come in the mail and have destroyed several makeup packages. All because they are too lazy to drive up the driveway and place the package on the porch. I hope no one else has to deal with this nonsense.

Can't get anything taken care of unless I make an online complaint. No one is ever reprimanded for their lack of skills or lack of following instruction. I drive to the next postal facility in Grawn to handle mail business. And the window is NEVER open when it specifically states the hours. They do whatever they want at this facility.
