  The staff and manager here are always so rude. continued their conversation like I didn't exist and when I asked them to throw a small box away they told me no. The attitude in this reply is the same attitude displayed in store. I absolutely utilized the outdoor trashcan, shouldn't have that if you don't have a large dumpster. Common sense would lead one to believe a package store has trash room for small parcels and waste. 🙂

  Walked into the store 30 minutes before closing to pick up a package that required a signature, changed the delivery location to this store since nobody would be home to sign, gave the employee my license and explained I wasn’t sure if my name or if my wife’s was on the package. She handed my license back and said I can’t release it if her name is on the label. She didn’t check, just handed me my license, I asked if there was any other option since my wife would have to use PTO in order to be to the store before closing, she said nope and sent me off…. Next afternoon, my wife uses some of her PTO go to the store and pick it up…. That’s when we find out, my name was on the package so I have to pick it up. Mind you per UPS website, last name and complete address are required to pick up packages. When my wife explained that she in fact fulfills UPS policy, she was told no still. A call was then placed to UPS customer service and we were informed that the package should be released and the store has to follow UPS policies. The UPS representative then called the store to which the manager, by this time, actually read the policy, and realized she was wrong. The package did get released to my wife. All of this would’ve never went this far if the employee I spoke with would have just looked at my package when I was there, instead she didn’t want to look or help the customer instead of getting ready to close… either way, they don’t know the policies, and they don’t believe in customer service.
