- RCRachel CaseSep 22, 20252.0Was suppose to have a delivery Sat and was left a message that my package was undeliverable due to driveway and front door was not accessible. NOT TRUE! I was home and they put mail in mail box but never attempted to drop off small package. My driveway is as clear as day and there is nothing blocking anything. Also, trying to contact someone via phone at the USPS is not accessible. No one ever answers.

On more than one occasion, they have delivered our packages to other houses that we either never see again, or they’re returned to us completely destroyed. Even when we request sign on delivery, to make sure it gets to us, it’s given to other houses. Not only that, but the person making the deliveries has refused to deliver to our house on multiple times. They need to get their act together.
