I cannot call directly to the location. I get the 800 customer care which tells me (via automated message) that they cannot do anything about my local postal issues. My mailman literally sits in the driveway and blows the horn until someone comes out to get the package from him. I had a package delivered a year ago soaked and I had to throw my book away. Today I made it home before my package was soaked because he left it at the edge of the porch (not under the awning at the door) under a dripping gutter. I tried not to complain, but this is unacceptable for two years.

After one year of us owning a lot of of Nelson Rd and installing a mail box , we just now found out our actuall zip code through word if mouth , and that mail is no longer delivered to the mailbix after it hadnt been picked up in unkniwn number of days and returned to sender with no further action ...and and after several inquaries in several mail related matters we are still not added to the data base so even Google doesn't accept the address..and suggest we contact our local post office lmao

I get help from post office to get my mail. Great customer service. I am glad we still have the post office because I was there when it was in jeopardy of closing.
