- AMAndria MitchellMar 3, 20211.0I cannot call directly to the location. I get the 800 customer care which tells me (via automated message) that they cannot do anything about my local postal issues. My mailman literally sits in the driveway and blows the horn until someone comes out to get the package from him. I had a package delivered a year ago soaked and I had to throw my book away. Today I made it home before my package was soaked because he left it at the edge of the porch (not under the awning at the door) under a dripping gutter. I tried not to complain, but this is unacceptable for two years.
