We made an appointment online to renew our sons’ passports. When we went in this morning, the whole process, which also included getting their photos taken, took just 20 minutes! Austin was very friendly and patient, especially with our young kids.

Great post office but a member of their staff is short and plain old rude. Joe? Yeah. Not impressed with his customer service. Im not familiar with all the post office language and when I tried to have him explain it all he did was talk slower and made me feel stupid.
