It’s refreshing to have someone provide great customer service like that! And we haven’t had any issues with our mail carrier, they deliver our mail perfectly fine. It’s nice to have reliable service!

He refused to get out of the car and pick up a letter he dropped and it was in the ditch all day until I drove by to check my mail Luckily I found it because it had a 1300 dollar check in it for our taxes! .Also we had medications about a year ago blow away in the wind because he refused to put it in our package tote in our driveway. Unfortunately this small town doesn’t seem to care about customer service very well. Down state he would of been fired months ago..
- NRNicole RJun 1, 20232.0So we recently got a new mail carrier and she hadn't been taking my outgoing mail, for about a week (the city broke out flag on the mailbox 2 yrs ago) so I left a note *please take out going mail* she responded on note *please get a flag thank you.* we haven't had an issue with outgoing mail since then, but now all of a sudden she can't take the mail that's clearl y outgoing, because we don't have a flag.... very unhappy 🙁
