- EAEmma Atkins1 day ago5.0We needed a last minute appointment for passport renewal and they were able to squeeze us in the next day, Jeff got us through the process quickly with no issues. Didn’t catch the other clerks name working but she also had a great attitude and helped get folks in and out!

- DDDeeMar 17, 20261.0This location never answers the phone ever I've been trying to get a hold of them for days and they still won't answer the phone and they also are liars I was supposed to get a mailbox lock change and get a new key was supposed to be done on Sunday still not done then apparently they told me that the person is out of the office so I have to wait on them but they should have a backup person doing them this is the worst postal service I've ever been to in the world and I have lived tons of places around the world Do not go to this location Go to the Brighton location they are professionals there not the hall location They are rude and they do not do their job and they give you false information by lying
