    This store is phenomenal! It is run extremely efficiently and the employees are not only helpful but very pleasant as well. Thank you to Stephen Ellsworth who provided exceptional service to me yesterday. I left the store smiling!

    I recently visited this store to send a fax. Disappointing visit. The person helping me was kind enough. Full disclosure I did not know that in 2025 a multi page fax would take so long. Once the worker placed my document in the fax machine I was asked to step aside while it completed so he could help others. Not a problem. After what seemed about 5 minutes+ and watching multiple people be helped by the several workers behind the counter, I responded to "next please" with "Can I pay for my fax?" The worker (not the person who originally helped) said we can't until its done followed with a snarky "Do you have somewhere else to be?" and "It could take 3 days". I ignored him and the original worker jumped in. Several minutes later it was finally done. Not going back. Staples is further away but I have never had this kind of experience there. First and last time at this location.

    Angie, manager of the UPS store 3239, was very kind & helpful explaining the packaging process of the crystal pieces I was sending to my daughter. Angie made me feel comfortable that they would be packaged correctly to insure they would arrive safely. She would follow packages through the system & would let me know when they would arrive. Angie went the extra mile to take care of me! UPS is very fortunate to have such a wonderful employee! Sincerely, Sue M.
