Terrible service would not leave my package at my home, and kept saying no one was there

Worst possible phone system in the history of automated phone systems. Literally no noise can be in the background or it constantly loops

Bad customer service, been that way through the last two groups of employees that worked there.

Mail delivery drivers have a hard time closing mail boxes. Took me four years of constant phone calls to the postmaster AT the H.C. location and numerous reports right to the Main Postal service customer affairs to finally have my mail box closed on a regular basis. Was tired of wet mail or snow packed inside the mail box. I still see dozens of mail boxes still being left open with mail inside through out the community but the postmaster doesn't care unless the actual person of the property calls in a complaint. Edit: lately mail is being delivered to wrong addresses. No one is answering phones at the Post Office and the doors are locked often during "open" business hours. You can see and hear there are employees there but doors are locked
