I was met by Kris, who was absolutely incredible. Instead of being frustrated by the large last-minute load, he went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, considerate, and incredibly efficient. Even though I live in Prudenville, the exceptional service I received from Kris has convinced me to make the trip to the Houghton Lake Post Office for all my future mailing needs. Thank you, Kris!"
