- SHShane HartmanFeb 3, 20261.0Unfortunately this is my post office. I had a PO box there once and the experience was not good. Trying to discuss a problem with the people there was useless. At my home I frequently receive my neighbors mail. We drive to a different post office to send important mail. Hopefully one day this will change.

- RRRhiannon RosarioNov 20, 20255.0I saw all the bad reviews and it shocks me. I have been using the Holly post office for 4.5 years now and never have I had a rude interaction with any of the staff. Theyre always friendly and efficient. I've had only 1 misdelivered package since ive been in Holly, but that wasnt even due to the PO it was due to the seller putting the wrong house number and they helped me track it down and even called me back to let me know where it had been delivered! (I was unable to retrieve it because the person who got my stuff refused to answer their door or call me back). Shipping out is always quick and nothing I've shipped out has been lost or damaged on arrival!
- GOGet outsideNov 5, 20251.0Shipped a package to China as a return. The package came back to our home. Went in and went through the same process a 2nd time. The package again came to our house. The seller of the product gave us a partial refund for the product. The post office won't refund our money for the package that didn't get shipped correctly twice. Unsatisfactory customer service in my opinion. If I pay for a service and it doesn't get completed I'd expect a refund.

I tried to ship a package out internationally and they shipped it to my house twice and then refused to refund me the $32 that I spent to ship it to China as by the time that it took the company ended up just refunding me my money back and telling me to keep the product. So I was looking for a refund in my $32 that they screwed up not once but twice. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Do not send things internationally through this post office!
