- EDErika Dvorak3 days ago2.0Walked in the door and both employees were scrolling on their phones — one was even sitting on the lower counter with her feet propped up. Neither of them greeted me or said anything till I was right at the counter. The second employee scanned my barcode, gave me a receipt, and went back to typing on his phone without putting the label on my package, which was an expensive item. I had to ask and confirm he even printed the label because I was concerned it would not be put on the package and the item would end up lost.
