    Walk in passport hours are listed as 2:00-3:00 when it actually 3:00-4:00. I took off work only for them to not help me and also not have any appointments for weeks to come.

    Inconsistent delivery. Some days they just decide not to deliver. I get an email showing what's supposed to come but if they don't feel like it, they don't. Frequently get my neighbor's mail or my neighbors bring me mine. Not a weather issue, that I'd understand.

    They scanned a amazon package for me to pickup blamed amazon and then upon arriving at the post office they were unable to locate it and supervisor was of course not around and was told it might be out for delivery, I responded with why would ot be out for delivery if you guys scanned it for me to be picked up and the response was to fill out a form and the supervisor might call me today or monday beware of your packages at this post office. My opinion they stole it and they make up their own rules here go to fennville they're trustworthy.
