Regardless it’s the only one I typically use to send packages but it’s never a good experience each time I have to go thankfully I do buy their labels online and can skip the line to quickly drop off my items that need to get mailed :(

I have been told twice that my mailings (wedding invitation and Christmas cards) need extra postage OR are so "oversized" that they need to be mailed as packages! I've been doing weddings for 12 years and never been told that. Saugatuck Post Office accepted them just fine. My Christmas cards are normal sized, thin envelopes and Holland said each one is short $.49 of postage. I had to go back 3 times just to open a PO Box because the proper person was never there. Management is generally rude and unhelpful. The staff is hit or miss, but there is always a line and never enough workers to keep things moving. Lately they've even run out of stamps! Highly recommend going to the Saugatuck or Douglas locations instead.
