But I tried to drop off a pkg the other night and didn’t realize that they were closing down because the lights were on, the door was unlocked and 2 women were standing behind the counter. As soon as I walked in the door, the young woman with glasses said in a snotty tone “We’re closed!”. I said to her “Oh ok, I didn’t realize that. Can I just drop this off?” She then said in even snottier tone “Nope”. Would’ve taken her only 10 seconds to process it but I guess that was just a little too much work for her. At the very least, she could’ve denied me service in a nicer tone. But apparently she hates her job and likes to takes it out on the customers. Will definitely be using Kohl’s from here on out.
