    Charged $5 to print a shipping label - more than normally to print a document and receptionist was not helpful at trying to figure out best way forward. In the past was able to print labels here for free. I asked about it and they said they recently changed the policy but when calling the main UPS office they said this was not normal and forwarded me to the billing department (the hold was so long I eventually decided it wasn’t worth it)- so much hassle when they could’ve just printed a $5 label and had a happy customer. Update - I reached out to the email below but haven’t heard anything back yet

    I live by this location but I drive further and go to Staples or FedEx to get my business taken care. Customer service here no good

    Very confused on how to rate this store. USUALLY I have no problem shipping here especially when my return says no box or label needed. There is one particular employee that likes to give an attitude and say "well how am I supposed to attach this label with it not in something?" Its your job to figure it out and my return says NOTHING EXTRA IS NEEDED

    I’ve used this UPS store for years and the service was great until yesterday. Perhaps a new hire as he was rude and unprofessional. My friend had a same experience. Too bad that one person can ruin a business.
