    Jordyn at this Staples helped me so much yesterday. I was having such frustration trying to wrangle a file out of an email platform. She showed me a wizard way to get it done on their self serve printer. Lowered my stress level and gave me a great new tool to use going forward. I have found all the staff at this Staples to be very friendly and helpful! Thank you Jordyn and all!

    The store staff are amazing and doing their absolute best to take care of the customers and overall it was a great experience. However, any chance y’all can make it so all registers and customer service can handle Amazon returns?? I just got out of a 15 minute long line for Amazon returns and the customer service desk and other registers were staffed but not busy at all.
