He knew me by name when I walked in for my passport application, he took his time to help me ensure I wrote the proper check amount (since admittedly my generation doesn't write checks often), and he met me with lighthearted jokes! I was in and out within 15 minutes! What a wonderful man! I highly recommend this location!!

- MRMelissa RisherOct 16, 20211.0My business ships thousands of dollars in postage from this post office weekly, which I assume is great for the business of this post office, yet they are snarky, roll their eyes at us, ignore us when we come in and are extremely rude every time we come in. Tried to talk to the post master about it multiple times but nothing ever changes. Unfortunately, I have tried to remove my money from this post office by using UPS which is much friendlier, more reliable and efficient, but usps beats them in price. Guess you get what you pay for. It’s union so these people don’t have to be nice to you or respect you, they’ll never be fired.
- KKKristenAug 9, 20211.0Constantly says mail is undeliverable when it comes to our packages but yet our bills always arrive in our mail box on the same "attempted delivery" date as the missing packages. And if you go in or call no one is of any assistance. I dread when my packages gets transferred to USPS from any other shipper. I did not have this issue when I didnt live in Highland.
