Today l went in there and the customer service lady was on the phone telling the person on the other line that someone was at lunch. Not only was she not paying attention but she cheated me out of a WHOLE $10. I gave her $20 (my total was $6 and some change)and she gave me $3 and some change back. I argued with the lady and she never gave me my $10. She was lucky that l had to go to the Dr. She must be hard up for money because she is cheating people out of their money. If you can't count, don't go there!!!!

They never knock on the door for packages that require a signature and force you to go to post office site to pick up. I often get mail for homes a block or two away and recently a package I thought the company lost or didn't mail out, turns out the post office claimed my home was not accessible and was going to try the next day. Not accessible? It's a single home, dead of summer, mail box right on the front of the house and I still don't have the package a week later.
