The company said it was shipped out so what is really going on if the post office is saying that they sent it out with the carrier how come I haven’t gotten my package yet I was supposed to get Six delivered four envelopes which I did get and two boxes which I didn’t get so where is my boxes at is The mailman still in my packages or is the post office holding them and somebody else took them🤬

Can’t just chose what service YOU get to provide THEE CUSTOMERS. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. No Manners. Whatsoever. PLEASE GO TO THIS POST OFFICE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT FOR YOUR MAIL/PACKAGES.
