- LLLiaAug 7, 20251.0I went in for a package pickup before work, and from the start Kimberly Jones' attitude was poor and worth negative stars if possible. She has terrible customer service skills and continually cut me off while speaking. In the midst of asking her a question about my package and her day in general. While I was trying to pay, she went ahead and quickly took my survey for me. Which I found outrageous and deceptive. When I got upset a question her about it, she told me it was to quickly get me out of the store. This isn't the first time I've received bad customer service at this location. But this beats the cake. It compelled me to find another post office entirely and even leave a review. There needs to be a big switch up at that location.

Lady that was working there was busy having a conversation with someone else and when it was my turn she gave me an attitude. She told me “and what can I help you with” while giving me a dirty look. I simply came to ask if the correct address is on file and she said “we don’t have a system where we can check that” with an attitude. Makes no sense. Rude staff with no respect for others.
