- AJAverage JoeJan 9, 20252.0So, just this past New Year’s your online hours showed that you had reduced hours on New Year’s Eve, which I believe was true, but it also showed you were open for regular business hours on New Year’s Day. That was wrong. Fast-forward to today, January 9, 2025, the post office is closed, but once again your online Google Listing says you are open. Constant mistakes like this kill real businesses. But unfortunately, government run businesses don’t need to worry about customer service or accuracy.
- JWJosh WinkelsteinApr 26, 20215.0Our regular carrier Shelley(sp?) could not be a nicer person. She often carries packages up to the door or porch when they are too big for the mailbox. Every time I go into the Hastings PO they do their job, and sometimes more. Be careful when packing large and heavy packages but that is true of any shipping service. I have nothing but praise and respect for the PO.
