- DDDelana DunnDec 26, 20241.0I ordered winter boots for my granddaughter, delivered directly to my daughter’s house. The package was literally submitted as “delivered to front door or porch” by the mail carrier, then returned to the post office as Undeliverable! She was not notified that this package was waiting at the post office until the day after Christmas, when she discovered she had TWO months worth of packages that had never been delivered!

She was rude and argued with me about how many packages were actually delivered (3 out if 8) all Christmas presents. She then proceeded to tell me she really doesn't care, and that the computer shows them all delivered. I've got 5 packages floating out there. I also had a sign and a box set out and they left the three packages at the neighbors house. And yes I checked the whole neighborhood drive for my missing boxes.
