I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve had enough frustrating experiences at this location to say something. There is one employee in particular who consistently seems unsure about basic processes and ends up calling the postmaster over even small issues. That alone wouldn’t be a big deal, but the bigger problem is the attitude.
Instead of feeling like she’s trying to help customers, it often feels like she’s looking for something to argue about. Simple transactions turn into drawn out back and forth discussions, and it creates unnecessary tension for people who are just trying to mail something and move on with their day.
Customer service shouldn’t feel combative. I hope management takes a closer look at this, because the community deserves a smoother experience.

There is only one man, a younger guy that treated me like I was family and maybe one younger woman. The rest are very rude like they have never smiled in their life. I have waited over 2 and a half years to post anything negative about this post office. The postal people get paid VERY well and have GREAT benifits. If they don't like their job, they should go somewhere else because it shows. There are plenty of nice people that would love to take their place. It's really a shame that these postal workers have to be so patically rude!
