VERY RUDE lady in there tried to explain this is a new carrier.... WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE? Match the house number to the number on the mail. Does that really need more training to do? Seems simple enough to me. My house number is on the snow guard AND on the door of the mail box. CLEARLY not the same number as two pieces of mail that was put in my box. Being new is not an excuse for being incompetent! Wondering where MY mail is going when I get someone else's. I think I need to stop trying to deal with this place and go higher up.
