Worst delivery service in any of the 12 places I have lived and received mail. We regularly receive mail for other addresses in the neighborhood and have never had so many missed deliveries "due to snow around the mailbox". Nothing has changed from the similarly large snowfalls in past winters except maybe the delivery person. We don't know when the the plows will come through the neighborhood, there doesn't seem to be a set schedules following storms. Again, this has never before been an issue. The person who does the deliveries also told the crew in the post office in HS that we'll be picking our mail up at the post office. We never said that. Apparently she lied in order to cover her uncooperative and poor behavior. The Post Master was completely unhelpful. Made excuses and tried to tell my wife we had said we would pick up a package at the post office, when we in fact, got a message regarding the delivery update of the package that the mail was undeliverable. More games by this small minded, vindictive group. This is the worst postal service I have experienced anywhere around the entire country.

Good Hart on M-119: Second day in a row that the postal driver set a box for delivery on top of our mailbox by the road. Our driveway is clear so the weather is no excuse (and we have very little snow on M-119)! The delivery person could bring packages to the door like she usually does. Yesterday's package was an expensive electronic device that got covered in snow. Someone could have easily stolen our packages!

Wondering if too much to ask for mail to be actually placed in the mailbox?
