We have to end up re-paying for the shipping, paying 15% more for the second bill.. Then, for a chance at a refund since the post master has never used a QR code and can't figure it out, we're required to request an investigation that turns out, may or may not result in a refund in 14 days.. Thanks for that.. We do generally receive the mail at the house without issue, and we appreciate that, but this isn't the first time we've been disappointed at this post office. I only go here if I absolutely have to, and I never know what to expect.

All you ever get is attempted delivery message on your packages when infact they never even delivered a piece of mail any where they must be waiting for spring in sure they will say roads are bad but the rest of us travel to and from work every day 👎👎
