Why is it that every time we have a sub driver on my route I don’t get my mail? Actually returned to sender! Just sent my electric bill back with a “vacant” sign on it. Really?? WTH?!! Tired of complaining!

I've ordered and also sent out thousands of cards (sports/TCG) thru USPS over the years and I've never had an issue til moving to KI Sawyer. Multiple times now I've gotten a pink slip telling me to come to Gwinn to pay for a package. Today I asked "too thick of an envelope? Package needed a bubble mailer instead?" (Which the envelope wasn't thick at all) And the short crabby lady tells me no it's because of the contents inside, to which I reply "cards can't be sent in an envelope???" I've never had this problem before and it's really inconvenient trying to find time to drive the 45 minutes to Gwinn Post Office and back when I work during the hours they are open. So usually I end up wasting my hour lunch driving straight there and back. Each time my package contents cost ~$5 or less, so factoring in the drive time/gas and $4.73 extra postage, it more than doubles the cost of the contents in the envelope. THANKS GWINN USPS!!! not.

After a year living in the same address, and doing several change of addresses, as well as going into the post office, and putting our names in the mailbox. We are still getting the wrong mail from previous owners and our mail is being returned to sender. This is the worst post office I have had to deal with.

Like others’ reviews we haven’t received mail for 2 weeks. Called and was told “you didn’t tell us you live here.” That’s exactly what the change of address form does! I’ve never had to call a post office to tell you I live in a place after submitting the change of address. Car registration, drivers license, birthday cards, bills are all missing and they just say they haven’t received them despite showing up everyday in Informed Delivery. Tried to give me a fake excuse that it shows stuff says before it arrives and is scanned in other states - my partner was a mail carrier and that is false! Has never happened at any other address I’ve lived. Why would mail here be delayed by two weeks versus another address I lived at just 30 minutes away? Submitted a complaint to the Inspector General that got them to call me and give me excuses, and will be calling the Postal Inspection Service about the Post Office and/or carrier stealing mail next if we don’t receive our mail this week. I advise you do the same if you’re experiencing this.
