They have sent several things back rather than forwarding it. One was an expensive medical thing that I really needed. The postal workers just said this was the procedure what! Have moved before and this didn't happen before. 😕

I had 3 packages to large to go in mail box so she just left them laying. I live in the country and there was no excuse to leave my mail at box. The service is horrible at this facility.
